Users can filter the articles that match their role.
Adaptive Templates
Article template adapts to how its is called. If called by the homepage through AJAX it excludes wrapper template. If direct linked, for example from an email it load a template wrapper as a solo article page.
Automated email notifications
I built and designed the site to integrate with an automated email notification system. A user can select a preference of what type of notifications they receive based on their role in the medical practice. When new articles are published, they are added to an RSS feed that the email service reads and sends automatically to the subscribed group.
